One stop to charge! Our electric car charging park in Handewitt

Need to recharge your batteries? You can do so during a leisurely shopping trip in our shopping centre. And that goes for your electric car too, because in our charging park in the car park in front of ScandiPark, we provide plenty of power for climate-friendly mobility. We have 16 charging points in total, allowing for super fast charging (HPC) with up to 300 kilowatts of power. Whether before your journey, at a stopover or on the way home: at our rest area in Handewitt you'll find everything you need for a smooth and pleasant journey.

Modern and environmentally friendly charging technology

We worked closely with our partners team energie, who also operate petrol stations in Handewitt, and GP JOULE Connect on this project to create a truly sustainable concept. That's why solar panels have been installed on the 300^m2 roof area. The electricity from these panels is used for both the operation of the system and for charging. And any additional power needs are also covered 100% by supplies from renewable sources.

In short - what connections does the charging park have to offer? With eight Hypercharger HYC300 from Alpitronic, it fulfils the latest technical standards and has a total output of 2,400 kW. And flexibility is key, so all electric cars can benefit from it. The charging station can be used by all vehicles with common connections, such as CCS and CHAdeMO, and is compatible with all common charging cards, apps and payment methods.
