Christmas lasts until Easter

The carol lovers among us might think that Christmas lasts until Easter, and they may well be right - both Christmas and Easter are major holidays that call for celebrations with friends and family. But why do we actually celebrate Easter? The holiday is based on religion and is always celebrated on the first Sunday after the first full moon of spring. As this day can be on different dates, Easter usually falls either in March or early April. It varies from year to year, but one thing is clear: there's always an occasion for a proper brunch - no matter what month it is.

Brunch selection to suit every guest's taste buds

Brunch - what does it really mean? The word brunch is an amalgamation of the English words "breakfast" and "lunch" and describes a meal consisting of dishes from both the breakfast and lunch table. In Germany, Easter brunch is also often extended with cake and the so-called "Osterzopf", a sweet, light-coloured bread that is formed into a braid before baking. Fancy trying your hand at some Easter baking? ScandiPark has stocked up on ingredients and you can always find sugar, custard, sugar coating, baking cocoa and chopped almonds. There are also exciting toppings such as syrups, dried fruits and cocoa chips for a batch of delicious pancakes. If you're short on equipment during the preparations, we also have a selection of technical equipment and cookware at the ready.

A decorative addition to the party table could be a French etagere so that chocolate, fudge and cookies can be served in true style. Unleash your creativity and integrate the various treats as decorations. Should you have special requests for toppings, we've stocked up on sweet treats like chocolate cream, peanut butter, honey and a myriad of jams. Need more alternatives? Check out our breakfast cereals, where you'll find müesli to suit all tastes. If you prefer pickled and savoury on your breakfast table, we recommend the selection of sausages, a variety of cold cuts and the crispy beef jerky.

Have you invited more guests than you have cutlery for? We've got you covered! Because at ScandiPark we have disposable cutlery such as champagne glasses, paper cups and plates.

Need to quench your thirst?

Of course, you can't skimp on the drinks at brunch, because there should be something for everyone! Icetea, juice, various fruit and herbal teas are classics, and when there are children on the guest list, pre-mixed milk drinks with vanilla, cocoa or strawberry flavours are sure winners. Planning a non-alcoholic party? Then we also have a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks ready with sweet flavours and tropical fruits.

ScandiPark also offers a large selection of speciality coffees and syrups for coffee lovers. Need energy without coffee? Then explore our energy drinks.

Our champagne, sparkling wines and liqueurs are also ideal.
